Section 143.06. Procedures for participating clinical audiologists.

- (1) In every case where the CSHCN program is involved in payment, a complete report shall be made to the CSHCN program within 2 weeks of completion of the evaluation.(2) In all cases where audiometric evaluation has indicated abnormal hearing, arrangements shall be made for an examination of the ear by a physician specializing in diseases of the ear.(3) A complete report shall be submitted to the CSHCN program clinical audiologist. It shall include all pertinent information and a complete audiogram. Educational programming recommendations from the audiologists are desired but specific educational placement shall be the responsibility of the local educational agency.
