Section 143.07. Procedures for clinical audiologists dispensing hearing aids.

(1) Shall meet the CSHCN program requirements for participating clinical audiologists in order to qualify for reimbursement for services rendered.

(2) Any reference to state agencies in advertising or promotion of any kind is prohibited.

(3) Facilities utilized in evaluating the recipient of CSHCN program services shall meet the approval of the CSHCN program.
