Section 1.331. Form requirements other than open-end—microfilm copies.

A creditor may retain copies of documents as required by s. 422.303 (5) , Stats., by microfilm or other similar photographic process provided such creditor is able to reproduce individual permanent photo copies which retain substantially the same print size as the original document.
