Section 3.04. Trust indenture requirements.

Trust indentures required under ch. 551 , Stats. , and chs. DFI-Sec 1 to 9 , shall meet the requirements of the trust indenture act of 1939, whether or not exempt under that act, unless the division otherwise permits or requires.
