Section 70.23. Bottling establishments; general.

Bottling establishments shall comply with subch. II and this subchapter. Bottling establishments producing bottled water shall comply with 21 CFR 129 . Bottling establishments engaged in juice processing shall comply with 21 CFR 120 .
