This chapter shall apply to the following electric utilities:

(1) Wisconsin Electric Power Company.

(2) Wisconsin Public Service Corporation.

(3) Wisconsin Power and Light Company.

(4) Northern States Power Company.

(5) Madison Gas and Electric Company.
