In this chapter:

(1) "Corporation" has the meaning given in s. 36.54 (2) (a) 1. , Stats.

(2) "EEB" means the environmental education board created under s. 15.915 (6) , Stats.

(3) "Fiscal year" means the period from July 1 of one year to June 30 of the following year.

(3m) "Private school" has the meaning given in s. 118.165 , Stats.

(4) "Process skills" means those mental activities such as classifying, ordering, understanding spatial relationships, inferring, predicting, measuring, quantifying, analyzing, and interpreting in which observations made through the senses are processed and refined.

(5) "Public agency" has the meaning given in s. 36.54 (2) (a) 2. , Stats.

(6) "State agencies" has the meaning given in s. 35.001 (4) , Stats.
