It is the policy of the state that all departments and agencies of state government shall cooperate with the land conservation board and the department of agriculture, trade and consumer protection in the exchange of information concerning projects and activities, including takings under eminent domain, which might jeopardize the preservation of lands contemplated by ch. 91 , Stats. This rule governs the cooperation which this board extends the department and board pursuant to s. 91.03 , Stats.
