Section 6.10. Payment.

Latest version.

Reimbursement may be paid only when monies are available. An approved claim in excess of appropriations available in the emergency response supplement created under s. 20.465 (3) (dr) , Stats., may be paid only when additional money is appropriated. As appropriations in the fund become available, reimbursements will be made in the order in which approved claims are ranked, according to the burden or hardship.
