The rules in this chapter are adopted by the veterinary examining board pursuant to the authority delegated by ss. 15.08 (5) , 89.03 (1) , 89.03 (2) , 89.07 (1) (fm) , and 227.11 (2) , Stats., and shall govern the biennial continuing education, training and certification requirements for veterinarians and veterinary technicians.
