Section 1.15. Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter and chs. VA 2 to 8 :

(1) "Board" means the board of veterans affairs.

(2) "Department" means the department of veterans affairs.

(3) "Secretary" means the secretary of the department of veterans affairs.
