Section 6.11. Transferring federal funds to another program.

In the exercise of its reasonable discretion under federal and state law, the department may transfer part of Wisconsin's federal section 18 fund apportionment and use it to supplement Wisconsin's federal section 9 funds received for use in urban areas having populations between 50,000 and 200,000.
