Section 4.09. Contents of application.

  • An application for relief from budget limitations shall contain:
    (1)  The name, and post office address of the applicant.
    (2)  The information required under s. TCS 6.03 (3) .
    (3)  A signature of the district director or duly authorized agent.

Chapter TCS 6 was originally numbered A-V 6. As created in 1981, the current cross-reference to TCS 6.03 (3) here was to A-V 6.03 (3).
