(1) Electrical power and lighting. This is a department rule in addition to the requirements in IECC section 403: In residential buildings having individual dwelling units, provisions shall be made to determine the electrical energy consumed by each tenant by separately metering individual dwelling units.

(2) Ducts. Substitute the following wording for the requirements in IECC section 403.2.2: All ducts, air handlers, and filter boxes shall be sealed. Joints and seams shall comply with IMC section 603.9.
