Section 362.3100. Special construction.

These are department rules in addition to the requirements in IBC chapter 31: Public mausoleum structures shall be designed, constructed and maintained in accordance with this code. Mausoleums shall be classified as a Group S-1 storage occupancy and shall be constructed of reinforced concrete or other materials of similar durability.

Section 157.12 (2) (d) , Stats., reads as follows: "A mausoleum shall be constructed to last as long as possible, taking into consideration the technology and economics applicable to mausoleum construction at the time of construction."
