Section 362.0702. Fire separation distance.

Substitute the following definition for the corresponding definition listed in IBC section 702: "Fire separation distance" means the distance measured at right angles from the face of the building wall to one of the following:

(1) The closest interior lot line.

(2) To a permanent no-build easement line.

(3) To the centerline of a street, an alley or a public way.

(4) To an imaginary line between two buildings on the same property.
