Section 321.20. Concrete floors.

- (1) When concrete floors are provided, the thickness of the concrete shall measure at least 3 inches.(2) When a concrete floor is placed in clay soils, a 4-inch thick base course shall be placed in the subgrade consisting of clean graded sand, gravel or crushed stone.(3) When a concrete floor is placed on sand or gravel soils, the base course may be omitted unless drain tile is installed. If drain tile is installed, the requirements of s. SPS 321.17 shall be met.
