Section 304.11. Application.

 

(1)  

(a)

1. The department shall solicit applications for grants under this chapter by notice in the official state newspaper.

2. The department may solicit applications for grants under this chapter on more than one occasion.

(b) The department shall accept grant applications for a time period of not less than 15 and not more that 30 days following each solicitation for applications.

(2)  

(a) An application for a grant under this chapter shall be submitted to the department on a form specified by the department.

(b) An application submitted by an eligible applicant shall address the criteria under s. 101.31 (2) and (3) , Stats.

(3)  The department shall evaluate an application based upon the criteria under s. 101.31 (2) , Stats.
