  • To renew a home inspector registration, a registrant shall, on or before December 15 of each even-numbered year following initial registration, file with the department all of the following:
    (1)  An application for renewal on a form provided by the department.
    (2)  Evidence that the registrant has, during the biennial period immediately preceding application, complied with the continuing education requirements in subch. V .
    (3)  The fee specified in s. 440.08 (2) (a) , Stats.
