Section 110.07. Ringside physician license.

  • (1) Application. A person, before acting as a ringside physician at any professional boxing contest, shall submit an application on forms provided by the department together with the fee specified in s. 444.11 , Stats.
    (2) Eligibility.
    (a) To be eligible for a license as a ringside physician an applicant shall hold a credential to practice medicine in Wisconsin in accordance with ch. 448 , Stats.
    (b) The department may deny a license to an applicant who has committed any act which would, if committed by a licensee, subject the applicant to discipline under chs. SPS 110 to 116 .
