Section 34.246. Educational agencies under s. 115.31 (1) (b), Stats.

(1) In order to support the licensing requirements of educators under this chapter, private educational agencies, including but not limited to, religious or nonsectarian schools, or associations of private religious or nonsectarian schools may meet the requirements of this subchapter.

(2) In order to support the licensing requirements of educators under this chapter, public educational agencies required to employ licensed staff shall meet the requirements of this subchapter.
