Section 809.09. Applicability of primary maximum contaminant levels to water sources.

Except as otherwise allowed in this chapter, no water source exceeding any primary maximum contaminant level in this chapter may be connected to a public water system unless blending or treatment is provided such that the primary maximum contaminant level is not exceeded upon entry to the distribution system.
