Section 665.0070. Applicability.

This subchapter applies to owners and operators of both on-site and off-site facilities, except as s. NR 665.0001 provides otherwise. Sections NR 665.0071 , 665.0072 and 665.0076 do not apply to owners and operators of on-site facilities that do not receive any hazardous waste from off-site sources, and to owners and operators of off-site facilities with respect to waste military munitions exempted from manifest requirements under s. NR 666.203 (1) .
