Section 664.0025. Construction certification for a new facility.

Owners and operators of all newly constructed treatment or storage facilities shall submit a written statement to the department, within 15 days after the construction is completed, certifying that the facility was constructed in substantial compliance with the approved feasibility and plan of operation report.
