Section 664.0010. Applicability.

(1) This subchapter applies to owners and operators of all hazardous waste facilities, except as provided in s. NR 664.0001 and sub. (2) .

(2) Section NR 664.0018 (2) applies only to facilities regulated under subchs. I to O and X .
