Section 663.12. Transfer facility requirements.

A transporter who stores manifested shipments of hazardous waste in containers meeting the requirements of s. NR 662.030 at a transfer facility for a period of 10 days or less is not subject to regulation under chs. NR 664 , 665 , 668 and 670 with respect to the storage of those wastes.
