Section 6.06. Modification.

Latest version.

No manufacturer shall modify a snowmobile on which approval has been issued so as to change its conformance with the requirements of s. 350.09 , Stats., without resubmission of the modified snowmobile for approval in the same manner as required for the original snowmobile.
