Section 51.984. Eligible and ineligible projects.

(1) Eligible projects. Projects eligible for a maximum of 50 percent funding under this subchapter are defined in ss. NR 7.05 (1) to (9) , and (11) , except components of these sections that do not have a useful life of at least 5 years.

(2) Ineligible projects. Projects not eligible for funding under this subchapter include requests for planning grants or parts of projects that do not have a useful life of at least 5 years.
