Section 51.910. Purpose.

- The purpose of this subchapter is to establish standards and procedures for the administration of grants under s. 23.09 (20) , Stats., to governmental units and nonprofit conservation organizations to acquire property for nature-based outdoor recreation and to governmental units to develop property for nature-based outdoor recreation facilities.
