Section 51.82. Allocation of funds.

The department may allocate up to $250,000 each year under the grant program for property development and local assistance, under s. 23.0917 (4) , Stats., for grants to friends groups and nonprofit conservation organizations. The department may not obligate or encumber more than $20,000 in each fiscal year for any one department property.
