Section 51.81. Applicability and definitions.

This subchapter is applicable to friends groups as defined in, organized for, and under agreement with the department pursuant to s. 23.098 (1) , Stats., and s. NR 1.71 , and nonprofit conservation organizations that apply for grants to undertake development projects on department properties.
