The following activities are prohibited at solid waste disposal facilities which are no longer in operation unless specifically approved by the department in writing:

(1) Use of the waste disposal area for agricultural purposes.

(2) Establishment or construction of any buildings over the waste disposal area.

(3) Excavation of the final cover or any waste materials.

Note

Activities at closed solid waste disposal facilities shall be restricted in accordance with the applicable transference of responsibility provisions of s. 289.46 (2) , Stats. Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1
