Section 499.05. Identification of persons or positions involved in the operation of a solid waste treatment facility.

Any person who operates a solid waste treatment facility that burns solid waste and is not exempt under s. NR 499.03 shall obtain certification at the appropriate level in s. NR 499.06 .
