Section 494.05. Penalties.

Any person who violates any provision of ch. 285 , Stats. , or s. 299.15 , Stats., chs. NR 400 to 499 or a permit or special order issued by the department under ch. 285 , Stats. , or s. 299.15 , Stats., is subject to the penalties provided under s. 285.87 , Stats.
