Section 487.14. Enforcement procedures and penalties.

  Covered fleet operators shall be subject to department enforcement procedures and penalties in accordance with ss. 285.83 and 285.87 , Stats., and ch. NR 494 if they fail to comply with the requirements of this chapter.
