A W MG that is dissatisfied with a n y deter m ination m ade under the program m ay request reconsideration b y the chief state forester. All requests for reconsideration shall be in writing and shall contain factual infor m ation expl a ining the basis for requesting reconsideration. All decisions upon reconsideration shall be issued in writing.
