The purpose of this chapter is to establish management specifications for the harvesting of timber in the lower Wisconsin state riverway pursuant to s. 30.42 (1) (d) , Stats., so that timber cutting or harvesting has minimal impact on the scenic beauty and natural value of the riverway.
