This chapter is developed pursuant to ss. 30.28 , 31.39 , and 281.36 , Stats., to establish procedures for charging basic and supplemental fees for permits, approvals, determinations and hearings for projects in navigable waters and wetlands and to establish time limits for permits, approvals and determinations for projects in navigable waters and wetlands.
