Section 297.16. Applicability; description of the wood furniture and fixture production with water wash spray booths or with laundry facilities subcategory.

This subchapter applies to the discharge of pollutants to waters of the state and the introduction of pollutants into POTWs from the manufacture of wood furniture and fixtures at establishments which either utilize water wash spray booths to collect and contain overspray from the spray application of finishing materials or utilize on-site laundry facilities for fabric utilized in the various finishing operations.
