Section 297.10. Applicability; description of the log washing subcategory.

This subchapter applies to the discharge of pollutants to waters of the state and the introduction of pollutants into POTWs from log washing processes in which water under pressure is applied to logs to remove foreign material from the log's surface before further processing.
