Section 297.013. New source performance standards.

The discharge of wastewater pollutants from any new source subject to this subchapter may not exceed the following standards.

(1) Mechanical barking installations may not discharge process wastewater pollutants into waters of the state.

(2) Hydraulic barking installations may not exceed the limitations set forth in s. NR 297.011 (2) .
