Section 297.002. Applicability.

This chapter applies to any timber products processing operation and any plant producing insulation board with wood as a major raw material which discharges or may discharge process wastewater pollutants to the waters of the state or which introduces or may introduce process wastewater pollutants into a publicly owned treatment works.
