Section 231.03. Definitions.

The following definitions are applicable to terms used in this chapter. Definitions of other terms and meanings of abbreviations are set forth in ch. NR 205 .

(1) "Product" means, for subcategory (1), dynamite, nitroglycerin, cyclo-trimethylene trinitramine (RDX), cyclotetramethylene tetra- nitramine (HMX), and trinitrotoluene (TNT).

(2) "Product" means, for subcategory (2), the production of:

(a) Facilities which blend explosives and market a final product; and

(b) Facilities that fill shells and blasting caps.
