Section 216.455. Proof of permit coverage.

(1) A copy of the notice of intent or other documentation that storm water discharges from the site are covered under a construction site storm water discharge permit shall be kept with building plans on the construction site and with the landowner.

(2) The permittee shall post a permit certificate in a conspicuous place on the construction site. The department shall make a permit certificate available. An authorized local program under s. NR 216.415 may make its own permit certificate or equivalent notice for posting.
