Section 211.26. Confidentiality.

Effluent data submitted to the control authority under this chapter shall be a public record within the meaning of s. 19.21 , Stats. All other information submitted to the control authority under this chapter shall be a public record unless the information is entitled to confidential treatment under s. 283.55 (2) , Stats., and s. NR 2.19 as a trade secret. POTWs operating a pretreatment program must enact ordinances or rules giving them the authority to treat as confidential information which is a trade secret.
