Section 2.095. Declaratory ruling hearings.

When a petition for a declaratory ruling is granted under s. 227.41 , Stats., the hearing shall be conducted as a noncontested case. The declaratory ruling may be based upon information presented at the hearing and other information available to the department to assist in rendering the declaratory ruling.
