Section 198.21. Applicability.

This subchapter applies to all sponsors of aquatic invasive species education, prevention and planning grants. Combined total grant awards to state, federal and hydroelectric corporation sponsors, including universities, colleges and schools, may not exceed $200,000 in any one state fiscal year.
