Section 120.04. Role of citizen advisory committee.

The department, in cooperation with governmental units, shall appoint a citizen advisory committee for each priority watershed and priority lake project in accordance with s. 281.65 (4) (dr) , Stats. The citizen advisory committee shall advise the department, DATCP and governmental units concerning all aspects of the planning and implementation program for their specific priority watershed or priority lake project.
