The provisions of this subchapter are applicable to point sources that discharge wastewater containing ammonia to surface waters of the state. This subchapter first applies to permits issued or reissued after March 1, 2004.

Any discharges of ammonia from a concentrated animal feeding operation (CAFO) are regulated under ch. NR 243 . Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1
