Section 104.27. Fish reproduction.

Latest version.

Standards adequate to maintain fish reproduction shall be maintained in the open waters of Lake Superior and Lake Michigan and in all other interstate waters which are designated by the department as of primary importance in the public interest for the maintenance of fish reproduction.
